Hong Kong Observation Wheel
Hong Kong Observation Wheel located on the site outside Central Pier 9 and 10, visitors can enjoy the amazing views over Victoria Harbour. The 60-meter-tall ferris wheel comes with 42 carriages, each holding 8 to 10 passengers and each ride takes about 15 to 20 mins. It opens everyday from 11:00 to 23:00. For ticket prices, each ride costing $100 for adults and $70 for children.
Sogo Causeway Bay
You can walk to one of the Hong Kong’s famous landmarks – Sogo from our hotel in 20 mins. It is a 13 floor high department store, you can find almost everything there such as European brands fashion, jewelries, and souvenirs.
The popular landmark Times Square is within 15mins of walking distance. The well known huge screen on its exterior is Hong Kong’s first outdoor super-size screen, and it is also one of the must-visit shopping centres.
Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is 15 mins walk from our hotel, you can easily get there for any Asia trading events or International conferences.
Golden Bauhinia Square
In about 15 mins walk you can get to the Golden Bauhinia Square, it was built to commemorate the transfer of sovereignty over Hong Kong to China. There will be flag raising and flag lowering ceremony everyday at 8am and 6pm.
Happy Valley Racecourse
This is the only one horse racing track left in the city, and it’s one of the most famous landmarks in Hong Kong.
Lan Kwai Fong is in the area of D’Aguilar Street, Wellington Street, Wyndham Street, Wo On Lane, and Wing Wah Lane. There are varieties of pubs and bars, it’s a popular place for foreigners and tourists.
This is also as known as South Hollywood, and you can find almost every style of cuisine here. There are Chinese cuisine, Indian cuisine, French cuisine, American cuisine, Russian cuisine, etc., and that’s how its name “South Hollywood food paradise” comes from.
It’s a place for innovation, and it was listed as a grade 3 Historical Building of Hong Kong in Nov 10th, 2010. It used to be a married-police officer’s housing, and it’s located at Sheung Wan’s Hollywood Road.
A Symphony of Lights
This is one of the world’s greatest musical light shows, you can see it every night at 8pm at the Victoria Harbour. You can also find a good spot to see the show at the Golden Bauhinia Square where is only 15 mins walk from our hotel.
This is a double deck tourist bus, the top level is to imitate the traditional rickshaw tent design. There are two routes and total of 21 stations. The H2 route goes around Central, Wan Chai, and Causeway Bay.
