Due to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, following measures will be taken to protect our guests and staff.

1. All guests are required to have their body temperature checked before check-in or we are not able to serve you.
2. Our hotel staff will wear face masks for further prevention.
3. To strengthen disinfection, all facilities are cleaned and sterilised regularly.

We will maintain the highest sanitary standards as always.We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

1. Deposit can be retrieve if guests cancel the reservation in Hotel’s local time 7 days before cancellation policy. Deposit will be return after deduct local/oversea handling charge. All administrative costs or difference between on exchange rate, hotel will not take responsibility on it.
2. If the payment was made through by PayPal. Payment will be refunded through Paypal Tribunal Centre. Formalities and procedures times are depends on Paypal.
3. Failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of 100% of the cost of the whole booking because of the promotion room rate. Such cancellation charge will be deducted from the credit card.
4. If the room was made under special promotion, room charge must be Fully Pay and does not accept any amendment or cancellation.
5. Guest Limit: Standard Room ( For 1‐2 person). Deluxe Room ( For 1‐3 person). Children below 11yrs old will be Free (every 1 child in each room).
6. Additional fee will be charged if the number of guest in one room over the capacity room type. Besides that, our hotel will arrange one extra package and one folding bed for you.
7. In the mean time, no reservation is holding. Please note that hotel situation and room rate are subject to change without prior notice.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
9. All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge per room per night for accommodation only.
10. Please note that our Check-In time is after 14:00 and Check-Out time is before 12:00 noon.
11. A cash deposit of HKD 500 (or its equivalent in other currencies) per room is required at check-in. When checking out, the deposit you have paid will be returned if there is no damage or loss in your room and charge you for any additional services used (room service, phone, etc).
12. No pet is allowed in the hotel.
13. Hotel will retain the final decision.
